About me
I am a former alpine ski racer turned physiotherapist, passionate about movement, performance, and recovery. After becoming a certified ski instructor in 2017 in Valle d’Aosta, Italy, I pursued a degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Piemonte Orientale while continuing to coach young athletes at Sci Club Aosta and teach skiing on weekends.
Upon graduation, I began working alongside an inspiring physiotherapist in a small private practice, where I discovered a deep interest in musculoskeletal disorders and sports rehabilitation. This led me to pursue advanced studies in Manual Therapy at SUPSI University, a two-year journey that challenged and enriched my skills while I managed my own practice in Aosta.
Driven by a desire to grow, I undertook a transformative internship at an elite rehabilitation center in Tenero, where I trained under an exceptional sport rehabilitator. This experience ignited a lasting passion for high-level athletic care and guided me to Zermatt, where I spent three pivotal years refining my approach—merging science, empathy, and motivation to support people on their healing journey at PFA Physiotherapy Aufdenblatten.
Today, I am the proud founder of MORE – Motion and Rest, a unique physiotherapy concept that balances movement and recovery to help individuals return to sport, performance, and well-being.
